Australian shipping:

Shipping is free to anywhere in Australia.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway courier.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia
Mada collective takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Express Post is also available. Please contact me via email/phone to arrange.
Certain bulky/fragile items such as tall raphia giraffes & large coconut tree are excluded from this offer.

International shipping

I ship worldwide from Lennox head, Australia.

International shipping is calculated at checkout by your country, postal zone with Australia Post.

For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs.

New Zealand: 4 – 6 business days

 Asia Pacific: 6 – 14 business days

North America: 5 – 10 business days

Rest of World: 7 – 16 business days

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a link to track your order.

There may be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.

We cannot take responsibility for any breakage during transport.

Return/Exchange

Mada collective would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and I want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I can organize a replacement item if it is returned within 7 days depending on availability.

The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tag/label attached & receipt enclosed.

Shipping cost is non-refundable and returns shipping fees are your responsibility.

I highly recommend using a trackable service, as I will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to me.
All returns must be first approved.
