Mada collective is registered in Australia under ABN 63918643059 and operates from a Home space in Lennox head NSW 2478 AUSTRALIA.

It is very important to me that all my customers are happy & 100% satisfied with all products and I will always ensure to find a quick and easy solution to any problem that may arise.

But in order to be clear and fair, I have put together some helpful guidelines.

Mada collective is located in Lennox head 2478 NSW

TURNAROUND TIMES: 
Up to 2 months.
Each product is Unique & authentically handwoven in a different region of Madagascar.

The shipping itself takes up to 2 weeks via air freight & up to 2 months via sea freight to get to Australia.

Each product is handmade using different techniques in various remote locations in Madagascar by family of artisans at home so to get to them & produce it can take up a week to a month.

I will email you once your piece is ready for collection.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders for Goods are accepted when you receive a confirmation e-mail to this effect. When placing an order, you warrant that any and all information is given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If Mada collective has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, I will not charge your credit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, I recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

SALE ITEMS: There are no refunds or exchanges on any item purchased on sale.

RETURN/EXCHANGES.
Mada collective would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and I want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I can organize a replacement item if it is returned within 7 days depending on availability.

The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tag/label attached & receipt enclosed.

Shipping cost is non-refundable and returns shipping fees are your responsibility.

I highly recommend using a trackable service, as I will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to me.
All returns must be first approved. Please contact me before shipping your return.

I do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased

FAULTY PRODUCT
All Mada collective orders are hand-picked by me and packed with love from my home in Lennox head.
In the unlikely event that you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch at
surf@madacollective.com.au so I can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.
Once you have done so, I will advise as to how to return the product. Once the item is received & assessed, you will be offered a refund or replacement item.

SHIPPING
All items are checked before being shipped for quality assurance; great care is taken to ensure the package arrives in their original condition.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway courier.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia
Mada collective takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Express Post is also available at a cost. Please contact me via email/phone to arrange.
Certain bulky/fragile items such as tall raffia giraffes & large coconut trees are excluded from this offer.

Please email surf@madacollective.com.au for a delivery quote for these. Pick up or delivery welcome.
Please note each order is subject to product availability and that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

– INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, Mada collective invites their customers to contact me at surf@madacollective.com.au to arrange for a quote.
Please note you may be required to pay customs and import taxes on international orders. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We cannot take responsibility for any breakage during transport.

– PICK UP:
Locals are more than welcome to buy products online & to choose ”pick up in store” option. Please email or call me to arrange a time & day to collect from my home in Lennox.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT:
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) but exclusive of delivery charges.
Full payment is required when purchasing our products online.
I also accept orders via email.
Mada collective accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), as well as Paypal & Afterpay.
We use the Stripe payment gateway for online credit card transactions. Stripe provides a safe, secure & easy-to-use payment service for customers.
Paypal allows you to securely pay via credit card or regular bank account (you don’t even need a Paypal account).

Afterpay is a digital service that makes it possible to buy something now and pay it off in fortnightly installments. Unlike layby, you’ll get the product right away, whether you’re shopping online or in-store.

PRIVACY/SECURITY
Mada collective assures all its customers that their right to privacy will be protected. Any personal details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity. All information in which Mada collective holds is used for the sole purpose to process orders correctly. Mada collective does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card/account details are processed securely through PayPal, Afterpay or Stripe.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY: Your use of this site and its content does not give you any rights in relation to any designs, trademarks, copyright, and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to Mada collective products and any other items and products images on this site.
You are only permitted to use the items as authorized in writing by Mada collective creator Caroline Catherine. Any reproduction or redistribution of items is strictly prohibited.

WEBSITE ON HOLD
Each year I will be traveling back to Madagascar to create new designs with Soasoo and work with all those amazing craftswomen, as well as giving back to those children in need. Website/sales will then be on hold till I get back, dates will be notified on the website. Your patience is proof of a great Love for my story & their authentic products, Thank you!
